2. Services described

Workspace Cedarcore provides documentation assembly services: transaction reference logs from offline cold wallets, reconciliation reports, and pre-filing reference reviews. We do not custody assets, execute transactions, provide tax filing, or offer investment guidance.

3. Engagement terms

Service scope, timeline, and fees are confirmed in writing after intake. A deposit may be required before assembly begins. Final deliverables are released upon payment of the agreed balance unless otherwise stated in your engagement letter.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your wallet inventory and to supply exports and evidence promptly. You are responsible for the accuracy of source materials you provide. You must not submit seed phrases, private keys, or credentials that grant asset access.

5. Intellectual property

Deliverables prepared specifically for your engagement are provided for your personal filing and preparer use. Our assembly methodologies, templates, and internal processes remain our intellectual property. You may not resell or republish our deliverables as a commercial product.

6. Website content

Content on this website is for general information about our assembly practice. It does not create a client relationship until an engagement is confirmed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, Workspace Cedarcore Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our deliverables. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

We do not guarantee acceptance of our documentation by any tax authority, accountant, or preparer. Filing outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Workspace Cedarcore Co., Ltd. against claims arising from inaccurate source materials you provide or from your use of deliverables outside agreed scope.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Incheon, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting revisions on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
