When to request this

You have partial exports, conflicting dates between paper notes and device history, or transfers that appear on-chain but missing from your offline records. This engagement focuses on resolving specific discrepancies rather than full log assembly.

Scope

• Review of provided exports and identified gaps (up to 50 transactions per engagement)
• On-chain tracing for missing entries
• Written reconciliation report explaining each resolved item
• Updated reference entries ready for inclusion in your filing documents

Limitations

Does not include full annual assembly. If gaps exceed the engagement scope, we recommend the Cold Wallet Log Assembly engagement instead.
