Who this is for

Holders who keep assets on hardware wallets, paper seed backups, or air-gapped machines and need a documented transaction history for South Korean tax filing or cross-border reporting. Common clients include self-employed professionals, expatriates with dual filing obligations, and long-term holders who never maintained exchange-linked records.

What is included

  • Intake interview covering wallet types, acquisition dates, and known migrations between cold storage formats
  • Collection and normalization of device-native exports (Ledger, Trezor, Coldcard, and similar)
  • On-chain verification of each listed transaction with date, amount, fee, and counterparty notation
  • Chronological reference log in CSV with a human-readable PDF summary
  • Annotated transfer map showing movement between wallets and external addresses
  • One revision round for discrepancies flagged by your accountant or tax preparer

What is excluded

  • Tax calculation or filing on your behalf — we deliver reference documentation only
  • Recovery of lost seed phrases or inaccessible wallets
  • Legal interpretation of reporting obligations in any jurisdiction
  • Ongoing monitoring beyond the assembly engagement period

Process

  1. Intake call (30–45 minutes): We document your wallet inventory, holding periods, and filing jurisdiction.
  2. Export submission: You provide device exports, paper note photographs, or air-gapped file transfers via our secure intake channel.
  3. Assembly: Our analysts reconcile exports against blockchain records, resolving gaps and flagging ambiguities.
  4. Draft delivery: You receive preliminary logs within the stated timeline for your review.
  5. Revision and final: One included revision round; final package delivered in agreed formats.

Preparation

Before intake, gather any hardware wallet export files, photographs of paper backup notes showing transfer dates, and a list of chains you have used. If you migrated between wallets, note approximate dates even if exact timestamps are unknown.

Pricing basis

Starting at ₩480,000 for a single hardware wallet with up to three chains. Additional wallets, complex migration histories, or DeFi interaction layers are quoted after intake based on estimated analyst hours.
