Assembly engagements: intake interview notes, wallet inventory descriptions, export files, photographs of paper backup notes, correspondence, and payment records.

5. Retention

Inquiry form data is retained for twelve months unless an engagement begins. We do not share assembly evidence with third parties except as you direct (for example, forwarding deliverables to your tax preparer at your request).

7. International transfers

If you are located outside South Korea, your data may be processed in South Korea and jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers as required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use encrypted intake channels for export submission, access controls on engagement files, and staff training on handling sensitive financial documentation. No method of transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at individuals under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
