Workspace Cedarcore began in 2019 when a small group of Incheon-based analysts noticed a recurring gap during tax season: holders with assets on hardware wallets and paper backups arrived at accountants with fragmented exports and no chronological reference file. The practice formed to assemble those records into documented logs — not to sell software, not to manage assets, but to produce the paper trail filing requires.

What we do

We assemble transaction reference logs from offline cold wallets. Our work sits between the holder and the tax preparer: we take device exports, paper backup notes, and air-gapped file transfers, reconcile them against on-chain data, and deliver formatted reference documents suitable for South Korean filing and cross-border reporting contexts.

Our people

The assembly team includes three full-time record analysts, one intake coordinator, and a part-time compliance reviewer who checks deliverables against current documentation standards. Lead analyst Min-seo Park holds a background in forensic accounting and has processed cold wallet assemblies since 2017. Intake coordinator Jae-won Kim manages secure export collection and client communication during peak filing months.

Working approach

We work from evidence, not assumptions. When a transfer date is uncertain, we document the ambiguity rather than invent a timestamp. When exports conflict with on-chain records, we trace the discrepancy and report what we find. Holders receive draft logs for review before final delivery, and one revision round is included in standard engagements.
